Reward Pricing Policy

Our reward pricing structure is based on a principle that rewards you for registering all your business equipment items with us. We will use this information for consumable stock level and technician training reasons only. You are not committing to spend ANY money by registering your equipment. It is like an insurasnce policy, should one of your machines fail and require a technicians attendence, you will be invoiced the appropriate award rate.

Regardless of the rate applied, our repair pricing structure is fixed for your piece of mind. Regardless of how long or how many visits it takes to fix your equipment, the callout and labour remains fixed according to the rewards price scale that applies to you. Should expensive spare parts be required to complete your repair, you will be quoted and not be charged AT ALL if this price is not to your satisfaction. You can move up in discount rate according to the number or qualifying office equipment that you have registered with us.

Casual Client - callout & labour fee is $121.00 inc. GST. (The only machine registered)
Bronze Client - callout & labour fee is $110.00 inc. GST. (Two to Five machines registered)
Silver Client - callout & labour fee is $99.00 inc. GST. (Six to Ten machines registered)
Gold Client - callout & labour fee is $82.50 inc. GST. (Ten to Twenty machines registered)
Diamond Client - callout & labour fee is $66.00 inc GST. (Twenty to Fifty machines registered)
Corporate Client - callout & labour fee is $55.00 inc GST. (Fifty or more machines registered)
Charitable Client - callout & labour fee is $66.00 inc GST. (Any charitable organisation)

Remember -- You only need to have your office equipment registered to qualify for discounted rates. There is NO obligation arising from your registering your office equipment with our site, except to achieve a lesser expense should you require our services.
